I assume Gibbed has similar functionality. But, in that you can go in and flag the quests as being complete, or unflag them and have them be available again. Well, honestly, I've used Bordertool2 a lot more than Gibbed (because I run BL2 on a Mac most of the time). How do you duplicate the quest progression? You'll want to duplicate the quest progression too. I'd also be more likely to recommend that you create a new, level one of the new class you want to play and then boost that one up to the level you want and copy a few weapons over.
