Except there is no email or customer service number to contact Round1 (note - the phone number on their IG just goes to a store location in So-cal). :( Because the app is run by a third party developer, there is nothing the store employees can do to fix the situation and the store tells me I need to contact customer service for the app or dispute the charge with my bank/credit card company.
I talk to the store employees, who tell me I am not the only one this has happened to and the app is unreliable. The game credits “show” in the app, but not on the actual card when I actually go to play a game in-store.
My credit card was charged for the reload. Here’s what happened to me: I used the app to reload my game card. Your credit card will be charged, but it entirely hit or miss whether the credits will actually appear on your game card. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT reload your card using the app.
